Perform triage and root cause analysis on security events and incidents
Conduct continuous monitoring of security events across various platforms and systems
Provide first-line communication for events into the SOC and document findings
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience preferred)
Proven experience (2+ years) in a SOC or security-related role
Familiarity with security technologies and tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and firewalls
Understanding of common network protocols and security incident response methodologies
U.S. Citizenship is required as this is in support of a Federal Customer
