Transplant Care Scheduler

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transplant Care Scheduler (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist registered nurses with scheduling and care coordination for patients in the Transplant Care Navigation program
• Document activities and update patient medical records while confirming appointments and insurance authorizations
• Communicate with patients and care partners to ensure attendance and coordinate any necessary transportation

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree required
• 1 - 2 years of related experience, with clinical setting experience preferred
• Scheduling training and EPIC proficiency preferred
• Prior remote employee experience strongly preferred
• Ability to operate basic office equipment and maintain a HIPAA-compliant workspace
