Key Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and analyze merchant applicant data to determine suitability
• Assess risk levels and security requirements for merchant account approval
• Communicate with external agents regarding merchant applications and respond to internal requests

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in the payment industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft products, especially Excel
• Experience with TSYS, First Data, or similar merchant processing applications
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to enhance business operations
