Key Responsibilities

• Cover a range of US sports, producing engaging articles on breaking news and trending topics
• Sub edit and publish content from colleagues and write copy for App Push notifications
• Live blog major sports events

Required Qualifications

• Strong editorial judgment and experience as a shift/on desk writer and editor
• Excellent knowledge of US sports, especially NFL, NBA, and MLB
• Experience in producing SEO content
• Good knowledge of boxing
• Ability to work independently and efficiently on a busy news desk
