Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Manager to oversee vendor relationships and performance in Integrated Facility Management services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 3rd party vendors by analyzing KPIs and SLAs to ensure high-level service output
• Collaborate with internal teams to support operational goals and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor vendor contract compliance and performance assessments through various reporting tools

Required Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience in vendor management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to work independently and possess strong interpersonal skills
• Computer proficiency in CMMS
