A company is looking for a Vice President of Compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor the Compliance Program while ensuring employee awareness and adherence to applicable laws
  • Develop and provide training on compliance-related topics and maintain a system for reporting compliance concerns
  • Conduct compliance audits, investigations, and risk assessments, reporting findings to leadership and the Board of Directors
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Certification in healthcare compliance is preferred
  • Five or more years of experience in healthcare compliance matters
  • Thorough familiarity with relevant laws and regulations, including anti-kickback and HIPAA
  • Ability to manage responses to government inquiries and audits
