Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in customer-facing functions in a B2B SaaS or media environment, or 6+ years in top-tier management consulting
• Proven track record of driving digital transformation in large organizations
• Understanding of core customer support systems such as CRMs and ERPs
• Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Experience with customer satisfaction frameworks like NPS or CSI is a plus
