Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Attorney to manage the creation, negotiation, review, and execution of contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review various contracts and legal documents
• Negotiate contract terms with internal clients and external parties
• Provide legal advice on contract obligations and compliance with laws

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Contracts Attorney or in a related legal role, preferably in a nonprofit environment
• Juris Doctorate required
• Active license to practice law in Virginia or ability to obtain it within 6 months; Alabama licensure preferred
• Advanced understanding of contract law and commercial terms
• Experience with contract management software preferred
