A company is looking for a VA Real Estate Signing Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify the identity of signers using approved remote identification technologies
• Thoroughly review real estate documents to ensure completeness and legal compliance
• Apply electronic notarial acts to documents after witnessing the signing process online

Required Qualifications

• NNA Certified
• Minimum of six months of Remote Online Notarization (RON) experience
• At least one year of experience as a commissioned Notary
• At least one year of experience working with loan or real estate documents
• Proof of completion of a Remote Online Notarization Basic Training Course
