Job Summary

A company is looking for an ADP WFM Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Masterfile Import and conduct Business Structure Analysis with the client
• Create UAT Scripts and assist with UAT testing, including Pay Policies and Accruals Policies
• Develop User Training materials and support the client during the Go Live phase

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Workforce Management (WFM) implementations
• Knowledge of payroll structure and reporting requirements
• Ability to create training materials for various user groups
• Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes
• Familiarity with ADP systems and security services
