Job Summary

A company is looking for an Underwriter, Wholesale, Specialty Products.

Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite loans in accordance with company and investor guidelines
• Perform thorough analysis of collateral and ensure compliance with investor guidelines
• Communicate with clients and teams to resolve outstanding issues

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of mortgage underwriting work experience
• Experience underwriting Non Agency or Non QM loans
• DU and LP experience required
• Paperless Loan Origination System experience preferred
• Experience working in a paperless environment preferred
