Required Qualifications

• Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in Life Insurance & Annuities IT, with a minimum of 2+ years in DXC IP Vantage or wmA
• Proficiency in one or more software languages and development methodologies
• Some prior experience in a leadership or mentoring capacity
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices
