Duties
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Offer product recommendations and assist with purchases
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain client records and update information in the database
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements
• Proven experience in sales or customer support roles
• Strong communication skills with fluency in multiple languages being a plus
• Proficiency in cash handling and basic office computer software
• Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $76,900.00 – $83,000.00 per year
