• Provide expertise in implementing Workday's Advanced Compensation and Core HR modules
• Configure compensation eligibility and ensure data accuracy across multiple countries
• Collaborate with the HR team to enhance user experience and support compensation reporting

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of HRIS experience with Workday, including implementation
• Workday Pro certification in HCM and Advanced Compensation
• Proven understanding of HR, Payroll, and Finance business processes
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Willingness to work under North American time zones
