Workday Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Project Manager responsible for overseeing deployment and optimization engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple Workday projects, focusing on scope, budget, and schedule
• Manage onshore and offshore teams while supporting end users with functional and configuration issues
• Facilitate problem-solving between customer resources and subject matter experts

Required Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of Workday experience in a customer-facing AMS/post-production support role
• HCM or PM certification is required
• Experience leading offshore teams during projects and ongoing support
• Strong project and account management experience
• Proactive attitude towards issue resolution and customer satisfaction
