Job Summary

A company is looking for a SPS WFM Analyst, Selling Partner Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor queue performance and provide updates on service level impacting issues
• Compare staffing to forecast requirements and take corrective actions as needed
• Leverage operational tools to analyze demand and staffing impacts, recommending resolutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level
• 3+ years' experience in WFM Real-time Service Level management
