We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Business Development Coordinator to support the entire organization’s Sales and Marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally proficient with HubSpot CRM, experienced in both sales and marketing functions, and capable of driving operational excellence across our business development pipeline.
This individual will manage the logging, reporting, and analysis of all sales activity for the company. They will work closely with team members to ensure data accuracy, timely updates, and consistent follow-through, while also developing actionable dashboards and reports for executive leadership. The role also includes support for marketing communications, appointment scheduling, and planning/coordinating sales-related events.
Recommended Level:
Mid-Level to Senior Coordinator (3–5+ years of experience) This role requires a high level of independence, attention to detail, and deep CRM expertise, making it most suitable for a seasoned professional.
