We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our Technology Operations team. This role will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling and deployment of mobile surveillance products, overseeing customer support, and managing the installation process for low-voltage projects. The Project Coordinator will also handle financial transactions related to customer deposits and payments, follow up on past-due invoices, and assist with proposal preparation, contract execution, and system setup.
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling & Deployment
Coordinate the scheduling and deployment of mobile surveillance products.
Communicate with customers to confirm service schedules and ensure timely installations.
Track and update project timelines to maintain efficient operations.
Customer Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to mobile surveillance and low-voltage installations. • Troubleshoot basic service issues and escalate technical problems as needed.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
Installation Coordination & Financial Transactions
Schedule and oversee the installation of low-voltage projects, ensuring all necessary resources are available.
Issue and collect customer deposits and payments in accordance with company policies.
Track and follow up on past-due invoices, coordinating with the finance team as necessary.
Proposal & Contract Management
Assist in the preparation of proposals and supporting documentation for new projects.
Facilitate contract execution and ensure proper setup within internal systems.
Maintain organized records of agreements, payments, and project details.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 2+ years of experience in project coordination, scheduling, or administrative support, preferably in security technology, low-voltage installations, or a related industry.
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with mobile surveillance products and lowvoltage installations is a plus.
Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent customer support. Organizational Abilities: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
Financial Acumen: Experience handling invoices, processing payments, and following up on overdue accounts.
Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy in tracking project progress, financial transactions, and documentation.
Software Proficiency: Experience using scheduling, CRM, and project management software; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
