We are seeking a Sourcer to join our dynamic team at a fast-paced staffing agency. This versatile role requires someone who can seamlessly switch between sourcing and recruitment functions, depending on business needs. The ideal candidate is resourceful, adaptable, and driven to connect top talent with the right opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Talent:
- Call candidates to identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and databases.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Pre-screen candidates and assess their fit for specific roles based on job requirements and client needs.
- Cold call potential candidates if needed.
- Coordinate and communicate with the senior recruiters to understand the hiring needs and job specifications.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback.
- Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with the sourcing and recruitment teams to prioritize and manage workload based on business demands.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support administrative tasks, including scheduling interviews and coordinating requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sourcing, ideally in the medical field.
- Strong proficiency in using sourcing tools, job boards, and ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to shifting needs.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of various industries and job functions is a plus.
