Job Overview:

As a Technical Support Representative, you will be at the forefront of assisting our customers with technical inquiries and troubleshooting. Your role will involve providing friendly and knowledgeable support to ensure our customers have a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical assistance via phone, email, or chat.
  •  Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues with products or services, guiding customers through solutions.
  •  Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate support.
  •  Documentation: Log and document customer interactions and technical issues for reference.
  •  Escalation: Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team or department for further assistance.
  •  Quality Assurance: Ensure that customer inquiries are handled efficiently and with a focus on quality service.
  •  Training: Stay updated on product and technical knowledge through ongoing training and development.
  •  Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for technical support.

Qualifications:

  • Strong technical aptitude and an ability to understand and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Patience and empathy in dealing with customer inquiries.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Previous experience in a technical support account
