Location: Fully Remote (South Africa)
Working Hours: UK Hours (Monday to Friday)
Salary: R30,000 - R35,000 per month

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute community engagement strategies to enhance member participation and satisfaction.
- Act as the primary liaison between the community members and the company, addressing inquiries and fostering relationships.
- Create engaging content for various platforms to stimulate conversation and interaction.
- Moderate community discussions, ensuring adherence to guidelines and promoting a positive environment.
- Organize and host online events, webinars, and meetups to encourage community bonding.
- Monitor community metrics and analyze trends to inform strategy and improve engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to align community initiatives with overall brand goals.
- Collect feedback from community members to inform future projects and improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to bring innovative ideas to our community management approach.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience as a Community Manager, Social Media Manager, or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for community building.
- Experience in creating and executing community engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with online community platforms and social media tools.
- Ability to analyze community metrics and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience working in a remote environment is advantageous.
- A genuine interest in fostering a sense of belonging and connection among community members.
