Delivery Consultant – Executive Search (Go-to-Market | SaaS & Cybersecurity)

Join a specialist UK-based executive search firm that partners with some of the world’s most innovative SaaS and digital consultancies. We’re seeking a Delivery Consultant dedicated to proactive external sourcing and headhunting across go-to-market functions – including Sales, Customer Success, and Pre-Sales. This role is essential to identifying and engaging niche, high-impact talent for clients ranging from Seed-stage disruptors to public-scale technology brands.
This is not a high-volume, internal recruitment or RPO role. Instead, you’ll work on targeted, confidential mandates, leveraging your deep knowledge of tech ecosystems and sourcing strategy to deliver exceptional candidate shortlists weekly.
Key Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market Talent Sourcing: Identify top-tier commercial talent in enterprise SaaS, cyber security, and Industry 4.0 spaces using a rigorous outbound approach.
- Market Mapping: Build talent maps and org charts for named accounts, competitor businesses, and specialist verticals.
- Headhunting & Outreach: Engage passive candidates through direct channels—InMails, cold calling, and email—with credibility and strategic precision.
- Client Brief Alignment: Partner with consultants to interpret hiring briefs and adjust sourcing strategies according to business stage (Seed, Series A/B, PE-backed, Scale-up).
- Shortlist Delivery: Submit 8–12 highly curated profiles per week, tailored to each client’s specific needs and cultural fit.
- Search Intelligence: Gather market insights, salary benchmarks, and competitor data to guide delivery strategy.
- Relationship Nurturing: Maintain long-term relationships with senior-level commercial candidates for future hiring cycles.
Qualifications and Experience
- 3–5 years’ experience in external recruitment or executive search, focused on commercial hiring (Sales, Customer Success, Pre-Sales).
- Proven track record of outbound sourcing, competitor headhunting, and market mapping in SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise software industries.
- Comfortable delivering low-volume, high-quality search work (8–12 profiles/week), not transactional or KPI-heavy recruiting.
- Strong understanding of organisational growth stages and go-to-market team structures within venture-backed tech firms.
- Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-ray search, CRMs, and reporting on talent insights.
- Must have own laptop and stable internet connection for remote work.
- Fluent, articulate English communication skills (written and verbal).
