Remote Recruitment is on the lookout for a talented and results-driven Digital Advertising Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital advertising strategies tailored to client objectives and target audiences.
- Create, manage, and optimise ad campaigns across multiple platforms, focusing on achieving high ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to enhance campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies based on data insights.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new advertising features to keep campaigns optimized.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on campaign performance for clients and stakeholders.
- Assist in budget management and allocation for various advertising channels.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns based on insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation.
- Creative mindset with a passion for designing compelling ad content.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and their relation to paid advertising.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications in Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint are a plus.
