Lead Generation and Social Media Specialist (Property Sector)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and tech-focused Virtual Assistant to support a dynamic UK-based sales and property development business. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of the property sector and a strong understanding of lead generation processes. This role requires minimal phone work, focusing primarily on generating and managing leads, scheduling calls, and maintaining client relationships through digital channels. You will also assist with content creation to build the personal brand of the business owner.
Whether you are looking for a part-time (20 hours per week) or full-time (40 hours per week) position, this opportunity offers flexibility while working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct targeted lead generation using Apollo and LinkedIn to identify potential investment consultancies and self-employed sales agents.
- Initiate outreach via LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp, following established templates and communication protocols.
- Schedule calls with potential partners and update the calendar accordingly.
- Manage communication within WhatsApp groups, responding to client and agent queries efficiently.
- Assist with content creation and brand-building on social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Maintain accurate records of communications and client interactions in the CRM system (Apollo).
- Collaborate with the business owner to develop and implement lead nurturing strategies.
- Support the creation and management of branded content to enhance personal and business visibility.
- Monitor and organise leads and client information via Google Spreadsheets.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in lead generation and CRM management (preferably with Apollo).
- Familiarity with the property sector is highly desirable.
- Strong familiarity with LinkedIn and Instagram for business purposes.
- Proficient with WhatsApp and Google Spreadsheets.
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in property sales or investment consultancy is an advantage.
- Familiarity with social media content creation and brand management is beneficial.
- Reliable internet connection and a laptop are essential.
Salary:
Part-time (20 hrs/week): R13,500 per month
Full-time (40 hrs/week): R25,000 per month
South Africa (Fully Remote)
Working Hours:
Fully remote, South Africa-based
UK hours (8 am to 4 pm, weekdays)
