- Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates for open positions.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other innovative channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and develop candidate profiles.
- Maintain organized records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
- Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research to support talent sourcing and business development.
- Source candidates for various roles, focusing on international markets (primarily US/Canada).
- Identify new business development opportunities and compile potential lead lists.
- Assist in drafting and personalising outreach messaging via sourcing tools.
- Maintain and update spreadsheets and other data entry tasks.
- Organise inbound newsletter/client content to extract business insights.
- Provide ad hoc administrative and operational support (e.g. CRM updates, email management).
- Contribute to LinkedIn outreach efforts and online research initiatives.
- Qualifications and Experience
- 3–5 years of professional experience, with at least 2–3 years working in international or cross-cultural environments.
- Experience working with solopreneurs, startups, or boutique agencies is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional organisational and administrative skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong research capabilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- Comfortable using tools like spreadsheets, CRM platforms, LinkedIn, and outreach tools.
- Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a personal laptop or desktop.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new industries and adapt to changing priorities.|
