• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with client needs and company objectives.
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
• Conduct thorough resume screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback, and facilitate the offer process.
• Utilize recruitment metrics to track progress and improve the hiring process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
