Our client is a marketing agency with deep roots in the private equity ecosystem. They operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, offering branding, content creation, video production, web development, CRM/email campaigns, and LinkedIn content management. We are looking for a highly organized, business-minded Account Manager with excellent English fluency and project management skills. This role will serve as a critical interface between clients and internal teams, ensuring that marketing initiatives are executed with excellence. This is not a sales position; the ideal candidate has prior agency or in-house marketing experience and can oversee end-to-end project execution across multiple marketing disciplines. We are looking for someone who treats client success as their own.
- Serve as primary day-to-day contact for 3โ5 active client accounts
- Manage internal workstreams across design, video, website, and content
- Build timelines, assign tasks, monitor progress, and report updates to clients
- Lead kickoff and status meetings with clients, demonstrating business acumen and strategic curiosity
- Work closely with creative and technical specialists to ensure timely, on-brand deliverables
- Manage and update project reports and dashboards for internal and external visibility
- Coordinate content calendar development and copywriting deliverables, especially for LinkedIn
- Assist with preparing reports, decks, and marketing collateral for client meetings
- Communicate proactively across channels (Slack, Monday, Google Drive)
- 5+ years in a marketing agency or in-house marketing team, ideally with broad exposure to content, video, and digital projects
- Strong English fluency (written and spoken) and confident presenting to clients
- Demonstrated success in project management and cross-functional collaboration
- Familiarity with tools like Slack, Monday.com, Google Workspace, Canva/Adobe, HubSpot, and/or Notion
- High responsiveness, self-accountability, and comfort working independently
- Strong business orientation and ability to understand client financial models and ROI discussions
- Paid social campaign execution (LinkedIn preferred)
- Previous experience in the finance, healthcare, or industrial sectors
- Familiarity with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) principles
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday. Working hours aligned with U.S. Eastern or Central Time Zones.
- Salary starts at $2,500 USD
