Google Ads Sales Executive

As an Account Executive, you'll play a vital role in guiding our client's sales process from identifying leads to closing deals. You'll collaborate closely with their Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to transform qualified leads into loyal customers, showcasing the value of their solutions along the way. This position is perfect for a driven, consultative salesperson who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves sealing the deal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of a pipeline of qualified leads that come through their SDR team and inbound marketing efforts.
  • Engage in discovery calls, introductory conversations, and sales presentations to fully understand prospects' needs and illustrate the benefits of their solutions.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with prospects, skillfully addressing any objections and negotiating to secure deals.
  • Aim to meet or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing and customer success, to ensure a smooth customer journey.
  • Keep records updated in the CRM (HubSpot) and provide regular insights on your sales activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and evolving customer needs to enhance your sales strategy.

  • Proven experience as a B2B Account Executive selling digital marketing services, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving and consultative selling skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with excellent time management skills.
  • Experience with HubSpot
  • [Optional] Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Base salary $2000 per month
  • OTE $4000 to $5000 per month (uncapped.
