Our client's company is looking for a results-driven acquisition closer to joining our client's growing team! Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in managing multiple closings simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify potential inbound warm leads opportunities through market research and underwriting
• Negotiate purchase agreements, contracts, and other legal documents with property owners
• Oversee timelines/follow-up schedules, ensuring all schedules are met and all parties are informed throughout the process
• Maintain accurate records/notes and documentation for all acquisitions

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in sales roles or related roles
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including CRMs, Dialer, and Google Workspace
• Advanced English speaker, with a deep understanding of American culture (C1/C2 - close to native)
• Highly motivated and sales-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Customer service-oriented with the ability to explain complex financial details to clients

• Job Type: Full-time 
• Salary base of $2k per month plus uncapped commissions (OTE: $6000)
• Shift: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, EST
• Work setting: 100% remote 
• Location: LATAM

This position is open to candidates who are both based and residing in Latin American (LATAM) countries, such as Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, and Venezuela.
