This position is open to candidates who are both based and residing in Latin American (LATAM) countries, such as Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, and Venezuela.

They are seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media Manager to help elevate their digital presence and connect with their audience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Social Media Accounts:
- Take full ownership of the brand’s primary Instagram and TikTok accounts.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with the internal marketing strategy.
Content Creation:
- Curate professional and user-generated content (UGC) provided by the brand.
- Write engaging captions for posts and reels that align with the brand voice.
- Oversee all content published on the platforms, ensuring it aligns with the brand’s vision.
Community Management:
- Respond to direct messages and comments daily, achieving “inbox zero” for all DMs (Primary, General, and Requests).
- Interact with customers and influencers, fostering a positive and engaging community.
- Manage posting and reposting of stories to maintain an active and vibrant presence.
Performance Tracking:
- Use analytics tools such as IG Insights and TikTok Analytics to monitor performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize content and engagement strategies.
Collaboration:
- Follow instructions from the Brand Manager and collaborate with the graphic designer to ensure high-quality content creation.
Must-Have Skills:
- 2+ years of experience managing Instagram and TikTok accounts, including community management.
- Basic graphic design skills and the ability to provide strong design direction.
- Proficiency in tools like CapCut for editing short-form videos.
- Fluency in English with advanced written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, creativity, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience managing large social media accounts.
- Knowledge of creating SOPs.
- Interest in fitness, fashion, and women’s activewear.
- Experience using Lightroom presets for photo editing.
- Work hours: Full-time role - balanced and flexible schedule,
- Salary: up to $1,500 monthly.
