Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented ABA Specialist – Progress Report Writer to join our team in the educational department. This full-time remote role involves documenting and tracking student progress in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs. The ideal candidate will have basic computer skills, entry-level Excel proficiency, and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and update progress reports on student development and ABA interventions.
• Review and summarize ABA session notes and data to ensure accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with ABA therapists, educators, and team members to track student improvements.
• Maintain and organize electronic records of student progress.
• Utilize Excel for basic data entry and reporting.
• Ensure reports adhere to organizational and educational department standards.

• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Entry-level experience with Excel (data entry, formatting, and simple formulas).
• Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to organize and manage documentation efficiently.
• Prior experience in ABA or related field.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
