Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Lines Insurance Specialist to assist with creating online quotes and managing policy documents. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial insurance and be proficient in handling policy-related tasks, including editing PDFs, reviewing policy documents, and ensuring accurate data entry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and review online insurance quotes for commercial clients.
• Edit, update, and format PDF documents related to policy applications, endorsements, and renewals.
• Communicate with clients, underwriters, and insurance carriers to clarify policy details and ensure accurate documentation.
• Assist in reviewing and processing commercial insurance applications.
• Maintain organized records of quotes, policies, and endorsements.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and industry regulations.
• Provide support in policy renewals, modifications, and endorsements.
• Collaborate with the sales and underwriting teams to ensure smooth policy issuance.

• Experience in commercial lines insurance, underwriting, or policy servicing.
• Proficiency in using insurance quoting platforms and document editing software (Adobe Acrobat, PDF editors).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
