Lead Generation Specialist (expert in Apollo.io)/Apollo prospecting

We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with extensive experience using Apollo.io to identify, engage, and convert potential leads. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification, leveraging Apollo.io to optimize lead generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Apollo.io to research and identify potential leads.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule discovery calls.
  • Maintain an updated database of prospects and track engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to transition leads into sales-qualified opportunities.
  • Continuously optimize lead generation strategies based on performance analytics.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of Apollo.io and other prospecting tools.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to analyze outreach performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Experience with CRM tools for tracking and managing leads.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to lead generation.
