About the Team:
Data is core to our growing business and has been ingrained in the company's DNA since its founding. As a member of the Business Intelligence team, you will arm stakeholders with data to measure performance and insights, driving continuous improvements across the company. The team is responsible for developing and maintaining RTR’s core data models, defining and analyzing performance metrics, building reports, and enabling self-service report solutions. Business Intelligence is an important team within the RTR Customer organization.
About the Job:
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to develop and manage crucial data models that describe our customers and business. In this role, you will partner cross-functionally with business leaders across the organization. You will own the creation of rich reporting and data visualizations, enabling functional leaders to quickly digest information and make data-driven decisions. In collaboration, you will define KPIs and set attainable, stretch goals to drive continuous improvement. You will be a key contributor to the culture of the team, and you will have opportunities for growth and leadership as we expand.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $100k to $125k. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held.
