Job Description

We are looking for candidates wanting to pursue a career in commercial marketing to join us on our 2-year graduate development pathway.

We are looking for a bright, curious and analytical graduate to help our team deliver a wide set of projects across Marketing, Sales and Customer Experience. The role will give exposure to many of the day to day activities typical in a commercial role and will provide a mixture of structured activities as well as the opportunity to own and develop your own projects.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Analysis of data and the development of useful trends and insights

  • Project management support for a team of 5 people

  • Coordination and development of training materials in multiple languages

  • Provide reporting on the progress of sales and marketing campaigns 

The Graduate Pathway

Our European Graduate Development Pathway is a 2-year plan designed to kickstart your career in your chosen field. You will join the Company as part of a cohort of Graduates in different parts of the European Head Office team where you will have the opportunity to develop yourself and your skills, giving you plenty of chances to grow and really make your mark.

This exciting two-year program includes integration, development, and project work. Year one focuses on getting comfortable in the role, with a mentor to guide you, and development opportunities alongside other Graduates within the business. Year two involves a Graduate cohort business project to own and run, as well as the potential opportunity for secondments. This pathway may evolve during the program.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • Relevant degree (advantageous though not required) 

  • Strong communication skills 

  • Able to travel to our Head Office in Crawley, UK on a semi-regular basis 

  • Applicants based within commuting distance of any of Europe Regional office locations will be considered 

We’d love to see someone who has:

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Curious about the world of business

  • Wants to learn the basics of a commercial organisation

  • Able to find meaning from data and bring clarity to it

  • Well organised

  • Self-starter

  • Happy to take the initiative

  • Second European Language
