Marketing Associate (Summer)

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Marketing Summer Associate who’s eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You’ll work alongside experienced product marketers, helping drive content development, improve customer education, and scale our go-to-market efforts.

Your work will directly impact how we engage practices, support adoption of key features, and bring RepeatMD’s value to life for MedSpas and wellness clinics across the country.

What You’ll Do

• Audit & Improve Help Center Content: Review existing help articles for updated language, clarity, accuracy, and consistency. Identify gaps and make updates based on recent product changes.
• Build Best Practice Playbooks: Help turn customer stories and past webinars into short, practical 1-2 page guides customers can use to adopt proven strategies.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketers, customer marketing, and creative and product teams to align messaging and ensure materials are on-brand and useful to clients.
• Catalogue and Tag: Help make systems for content tracking, tagging, and distribution across formats like PDF, Notion, and Intercom.

What We’re Looking For

• A passion for storytelling, organization, and making complex topics simple
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Organized and detail-oriented—especially when managing multiple projects
• A curious mindset—you ask smart questions, seek out context, and iterate based on feedback
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort navigating tools like Google Docs, Intercom, AI tools, Notion (or a quick learner)
• Bonus: interest in SaaS, MedSpas, or wellness/aesthetics marketing

Compensation & Benefits

• Base rate: $20/hr (8 hrs a day, 5 days a week)
• NYC Hybrid office in FiDi (Tues–Thurs in office)
• Austin Hybrid (1-2 days in workspace)
• 8–10 weeks (June–August)
