About the Role:
We’re looking for an end-to-end Product Marketing Manager to lead our go-to-market strategy specifically for CIOs and other technical decision-makers. This is a highly visible, generalist role that will shape how Replicant communicates with the technical community—building trust, credibility, and excitement about our AI-powered solutions among the most discerning and influential stakeholders in enterprise IT.
You will be responsible for everything from developing technical positioning and messaging, to leading analyst relations, to creating compelling content that resonates with CIOs. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and our CIO Advisory Council to elevate Replicant’s brand and drive adoption at every stage of the funnel—from awareness to renewal and expansion. This position will report to the Sr. Director of Product Marketing.

What You'll Bring
Technical Messaging & Positioning
Translate our cutting-edge conversational AI technology into compelling, credible messaging that resonates with CIOs and other technical leaders.
Maintain a deep understanding of Replicant’s platform capabilities to highlight unique technical differentiators in market-facing assets.
Build Trust Through Content
Develop and oversee creation of high-value assets—video testimonials, white papers, buyer’s guides, and technical thought-leadership pieces—to address CIO concerns and priorities.
Collaborate with customers, partners, and industry experts to produce content that showcases real-world implementations and ROI.
Amplify Founder & Executive Thought Leadership
Partner with our C-suite and product/technical leaders to highlight Replicant’s vision and technical prowess through blog posts, speaking opportunities, and social media.
Position the executive team as trusted advisors to CIO audiences, reinforcing Replicant’s credibility as a category leader.
Analyst Relations
Own and optimize relationships with key analysts and influencer firms (e.g., Gartner, Forrester).
Develop assets and briefings that showcase our technological strengths, aiming to earn top analyst recommendations
End-to-End Campaign Management
Collaborate across marketing to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns targeting CIOs at each stage of the funnel—awareness, consideration, purchase, and expansion.
Continuously test and optimize campaign performance, leveraging data-driven insights to iterate and improve ROI.
Advance our CIO Advisory Council
Drive engagement and participation in our CIO Advisory Council to gather insights for product strategy and to co-create marketing assets.
Orchestrate events, roundtables, and webinars with council members to amplify their expertise and validate Replicant’s thought leadership in the market.
Cross-Functional Enablement
Serve as the go-to resource for Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams for all technical messaging, materials, and training.
Ensure alignment on positioning and delivery of a consistent, credible message to CIOs and other technical stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
Experience Marketing to CIOs or Technical Audiences: Demonstrable experience shaping and delivering marketing strategies for a highly technical buyer, preferably in enterprise software, AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, or a related domain.
Technical Aptitude & Storytelling Skills: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives that speak directly to the needs and concerns of CIOs and their teams.
Analyst Relations Expertise: Familiarity with driving analyst relationships, navigating briefing processes, and leveraging analyst endorsements for go-to-market success.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to lead and collaborate across functions—Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success—and to influence without direct authority.
Data-Driven Mindset: Proficiency in using metrics and analytics to measure success, inform campaign improvements, and drive strategic decisions.
Adaptability & Growth Mindset: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Comfortable pivoting quickly based on market feedback, emerging technologies, and evolving customer needs.
