Senior Product Manager

As a Product Manager you are responsible for driving the overall product strategy on behalf of our clients, documenting the solution, and ensuring the final deliverable meets client goals and end user needs. You will lead client working sessions and stakeholder interviews to elicit and document the strategic project goals, business requirements and functional requirements and works closely with the Engagement Manager and Technical Architect to document requirements used to inform the User Experience, Design, and Development teams.


Responsibilities
  • Facilitate client stakeholder working sessions and interviews
  • Provide solution recommendations based on product capabilities, client needs and best practices
  • Elicit and document business, non-functional, functional and technical requirements as well as project KPIs
  • Act as Agile Product Owner by leading Agile SCRUM ceremonies, including but not limited to backlog refinement, standup, sprint planning, roadmap development, and sprint retrospectives
  • Provide strategic oversight and support of the technology and systems used on a project and train client on how to use the system, author content, and perform UAT
  • Create processes, identifies efficiencies, seamlessly manage resources and projects and assist with estimates and budgets 


Minimum Requirements
  • 6 years of experience analyzing business requirements, creating functional specifications for technical teams, user scenarios, and process flow diagrams
  • Working knowledge of the SDLC and Agile methodologies
  • Experience launching 3 or more IT platforms/software for Enterprise Accounts
  • Experience working within JIRA and/or ADO
  • Experience leading a website implementation project from discovery through development
  • Experience working directly within CMS systems (i.e. Kentico, Optimizely, Sitecore, AEM or similar)
  • Strong client- and internal-facing communication skills
  • Experience working with Creative, UX, Development and QA team members  


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in an agency or consulting setting
  • Subject Matter Expert in a particular technology or vertical
  • Experience managing projects with varying platform and API integrations
  • Experience working with 1MM+ projects/accounts
  • Experience working with the Insurance industry
