Senior Technical Business Analyst

As a Senior Technical Business Analyst you are responsible for driving the overall product strategy on behalf of our clients, documenting the solution, and ensuring the final deliverable meets client goals and end user needs. You will lead client working sessions and stakeholder interviews to elicit and document the strategic project goals, business requirements, technical and functional requirements. You will work closely with the Engagement Manager, Technical Architect, and Design lead to create solution designs and technical documentation that will info the inform work of the User Experience, Design, and Development teams.   

• Facilitate client stakeholder working sessions and interviews 
• Provide solution recommendations based on product capabilities, client needs and best practices including creation of high-level solution diagrams and user flows   
• Elicit and document business, non-functional, functional and technical requirements as well as project KPIs 
• Act as Agile Product Owner by leading Agile SCRUM ceremonies, including but not limited to backlog refinement, sprint planning, roadmap development, and sprint retrospectives 
• Provide strategic oversight and support of the technology and systems used on a project and train client on how to use the system, and perform UAT  
• Identify technical and process-dependencies and assist project manager in meeting deliverable deadlines 

• 8 years of experience analyzing business requirements, creating functional specifications, user scenarios, and process flow diagrams  
• Working knowledge of the SDLC and Agile methodologies  
• Experience launching 3 or more custom IT platforms/software implementations for Enterprise Accounts 
• Experience managing global, cross-company design and development teams 

• Experience working in an agency setting. 
• Experience building custom APIs 
• Working knowledge of UX principles
