Job Title: Salesforce Manual Tester

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid Mode)

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Range: 4-6 Years

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing of Salesforce applications to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on business requirements and technical specifications.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues using appropriate tools.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not affected by new changes.
• Participate in test planning, test design, and test execution activities.
• Provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of test documentation and knowledge base.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Manual Tester, preferably with Salesforce applications.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform and its various components (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
• Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder).
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
