As a Senior Marketing Data Analyst at Restaurant365, you’ll be the go-to expert for turning data into game-changing insights! Reporting to the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations, you’ll work side by side with Demand Gen, Sales, and Finance to unlock new opportunities, optimize performance, and fuel pipeline growth. If you love diving into B2B marketing analytics, Domo BI, and Salesforce, and get a thrill from solving complex data puzzles, this role is built for you. You’ll play a key part in shaping strategy, fine-tuning attribution models, and making sure every marketing dollar works smarter.
How you'll add value: - Marketing Analytics & Performance Measurement: Develop and maintain marketing performance dashboards in Domo BI and Salesforce, ensuring real-time insights into pipeline impact, lead velocity, and conversion rates; track and analyze multi-touch attribution (MTA) using Salesforce and Marketo Measure (formerly Bizible) to assess marketing’s contribution to revenue; conduct deep-dive analysis on campaign effectiveness, pipeline trends, and ROI to optimize marketing spend and improve lead-to-customer conversion; automate data ingestion and transformation workflows in Domo, ensuring accurate and scalable reporting.
- Lead Funnel & Attribution Modeling: Own lead funnel analytics, tracking progression from MQL to SQL, and aligning reporting with Sales and Marketing stakeholders; enhance and maintain attribution models (first touch, last touch, multi-touch) to measure campaign influence on closed-won deals; work with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate lead source tracking and attribution in Salesforce.
- Data Integrity & CRM Management: Collaborate with RevOps and Marketing Ops to maintain clean, structured, and enriched data within Salesforce and Marketo; identify gaps in lead scoring and segmentation strategies to improve audience targeting and personalization; ensure data governance best practices are followed for campaign tracking, UTM structure, and reporting consistency.
- Experimentation & Optimization: support A/B testing for ad campaigns, landing pages, and email marketing efforts, measuring statistical significance and impact; analyze paid media, ABM, and event performance to optimize budget allocation based on CAC and LTV; provide insights into account-based marketing (ABM) performance and intent data trends for Enterprise and Field Sales teams.
What you'll need to be successful in this role: - 5-7 years of work experience in analytical/ quantitative roles
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Business Operations, or Revenue Operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Expertise (and willingness to obtain certification) in Domo BI (or similar tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI), with experience in data visualization and ETL workflows.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce reporting, campaign tracking, and attribution modeling.
- Hands-on experience with Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot, with knowledge of lead management processes.
- Advanced skills in SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets for marketing data analysis.
- Experience working with UTM parameters, Google Analytics, and paid media analytics.
- Strong understanding of multi-touch attribution (MTA), lead lifecycle reporting, and ABM analytics.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing recommendations.
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams to align reporting and improve data accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, or other cloud data warehouses.
- Familiarity with LeanData, Drift, or 6sense for lead routing and intent data insights.
- Python or R for marketing analytics (nice to have but not required).
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of B2B marketing and demand generation strategies.
R365 Team Member Benefits & Compensation- This position has a salary range of $115,000-$120,000 per year. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
