Director of Product

Revenue Analytics is looking for a visionary and results-oriented Director of Product to lead the product strategy and development for our SaaS revenue management platform. This role will be critical in shaping the future of our product suite, enhancing customer experiences, and driving business growth. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to execution, working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SaaS product management, a passion for revenue optimization, and a proven track record in leading successful product teams to deliver high-impact solutions preferably in the T&H industry.


What You Will Do:
  • Product Strategy & Vision:
  • Define and communicate the long-term product vision and strategy for the revenue management platform, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Lead the product roadmap development, prioritizing initiatives based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor landscapes, identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation in revenue management.
Product Development & Execution:
  • Lead a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, and engineers to execute the product vision and deliver high-quality, scalable, and innovative solutions.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation through to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery of features.
  • Ensure that the product development process is data-driven, leveraging customer insights, A/B testing, and market analysis.
Customer Focus & Market Insights:
  • Collaborate with customers, sales, and customer success teams to gather feedback, understand pain points, and identify new opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about customer needs, industry shifts, and competitive developments.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and translating them into actionable product features.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product execution and go-to-market strategies.
  • Partner with customer success and support teams to understand customer pain points and ensure successful adoption of new product features.
  • Lead product launches and drive product education across the organization.
Team Leadership & Development:
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Provide clear direction and feedback, helping team members grow in their roles and advance in their careers.
  • Develop processes and frameworks that promote product innovation, agility, and alignment across teams.
Metrics & Performance Tracking:
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for the product, tracking performance and making data-driven decisions.
  • Regularly report on product performance to executive leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.


What You Need To Bring:
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 4 years in a leadership role, preferably in a SaaS company focused on revenue management, billing, or financial technology.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful product initiatives from concept to launch.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, pricing strategies, billing systems, and revenue management best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and measure product performance.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align teams across the organization.
  • Passion for solving customer problems, with a deep understanding of user experience and design principles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
