We are looking for a Product Manager to help drive our next phase of innovation. As a key player in our Manufacturing & Distribution (M&D) vertical, you will own the product lifecycle, collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to define strategy, prioritize development, and deliver impactful solutions. You will report to the VP of Product and your work will directly shape the product roadmap, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive company growth.
Role Responsibilities:
• Influence and manage the product roadmap for M&D, prioritizing features based on impact, feasibility, and business goals
• Own the product development process for M&D, from ideation through delivery, including defining requirements, designing wireframes, and conducting testing
• Partner with engineering, product science, and quality assurance teams to ensure product requirements are well-defined and new features function as intended
• Manage product delivery processes, ensuring clear communication of status updates, risks, and timelines to stakeholders
• Engage directly with customers to understand their workflows, pain points, and revenue optimization challenges, translating insights into product improvements
• Drive in-depth customer data validation and analysis, identifying trends, providing clear recommendations, and anticipating impacts on customers
• Troubleshoot product issues, respond quickly to customer needs, and propose solutions that promote customer retention and satisfaction
• Support the broader product team in refining internal product management processes to drive efficiency and improve overall customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience in product management in a SaaS environment
• Proven ability to prioritize product features and manage a product roadmap based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives
• Experience working in agile product development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools, such as SQL, Amplitude, Power BI, and Quicksight o assess product performance and inform decision-making
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance business needs and technical constraints
• Experience with user-centered design principles and a passion for creating intuitive, user-friendly software
• Experience working with manufacturing and distribution workflows, supply chain data, or ERP systems, a plus
