The Role
The Insights Analyst will be a key member of our dynamic and fast paced research team, creating critical business and market insights that our clients rely on to measure their performance and direct their strategy.
You will gain experience in analysing voice of the customer data, secondary macro data, and corporate case studies. This will provide a base from which you will be trained as an expert in financial services insights, with opportunities to present your findings directly to clients as you grow within the company. This is a fast-paced role where you will be rewarded for your commitment and learning ability.
Importantly, you will see the impact of your work on the largest and most innovative global, regional and national banks.

Key Responsibilities
• Analysis of primary consumer data to provide recommendations and propose actions for client’s strategic decision-making
• Analysis of secondary data (economic, financial etc) to contextualise RFI’s primary research and compile case studies of best practice
• Designing questionnaires and supporting with project management during fieldwork
• Accurate creation and detailed review of sensitive performance metrics used by our clients within core functions of their institutions, and for market updates
• Creating presentation decks which convey complex data in a clear and compelling story for non-technical audiences
• Keeping across client briefs and attending client calls, with a view to developing presentation skills
• Cross-functional collaboration with team members, including sales, marketing, client services, operations and research teams in our Singapore, London and Sydney offices
• Communication of ideas, thinking outside the box and challenging the status quo
