Windows and Doors Specialist - Inside Sales

As we continue to grow and look for new ways to better serve our customers, we're seeking a skilled Inside Sales Professional with strong experience in windows, exterior doors, and millwork. This is a key position at our Montgomery, IL branch, focused on building relationships and delivering the right solutions for our contractor and builder partners.

• Work directly with customers to qualify needs and recommend the best window, door, and millwork solutions
• Sell and support a wide range of exterior building materials, with a primary focus on windows, doors, and millwork
• Provide technical product guidance, pricing, and availability to customers
• Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers, especially Marvin Windows and other vinyl window suppliers
• Partner with outside sales to support customer needs and grow business
• Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date on new developments in the millwork and fenestration space

• Proven product knowledge and sales experience in windows, doors, and millwork
• Familiarity with Marvin Windows, vinyl windows, entrance doors, and interior/exterior millwork
• Inside sales or customer service experience in building materials distribution
• Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task
• Experience with OMS, FENEVISION, and Agility is a plus
