About the role
The Program Coordinator at Ridwell is essential to expanding and improving Ridwell Express, our innovative new recycling service. You will drive growth by organizing and implementing community events, partnerships, and outreach initiatives, and play a vital role in promoting this service.
In this role, you’ll coordinate events that educate and excite customers about Ridwell Express, from local collection drives to brand activations. You’ll manage logistics, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure every event runs smoothly. Additionally, you’ll track program success, optimize processes, and help scale our impact in key markets.
Each day will bring new challenges and competing priorities, so flexibility, problem-solving, and attention to detail with a high sense of urgency will be valued. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across Operations, Member Services, Finance, Engineering, and Marketing, as well as external partners to keep everything running smoothly.
