We want to instill cybersecurity good practices to employees in a way that's actually effective, and entertaining enough so that employees don't feel like they're working. Think Duolingo but for cybersecurity.


We created a platform to easily rollout a cybersecurity awareness program: the platform sends chat-based 4-minutes long courses to teams. Following the courses, the other side of the platform simulates phishing attacks, to prepare employees to face hackers — but in a safe environment.


Created in 2020, Riot has raised $15m with top-notch investors (Y Combinator, Base10, Funders Club and Frst Capital), and is now protecting more than 500,000 employees in over 1,000 companies (including Intercom, Deel and Deezer) all over the world.


Cybersecurity is everywhere. It's impacting everyone, everyday, and it's becoming the number one risk to any organization, whether it's a small business or a big firm. Yet, the cybersecurity culture in most companies is a disaster. Hackers are leveraging this by targeting the weakest link: the employees. We're on a mission to fix that.


You will join the sales team, as a Account Executive you will be responsible for managing the entire sales funnel, from pipe generation to closing deals.


What you will do 🤝
  • Design and update continuously the playbooks for the midmarket, enterprise, partnership and CSM teams
  • Facilitate and enhance the onboarding experience for new hires within the revenue team by managing and refining the onboarding program. Extend a warm welcome to new team members and provide them with comprehensive training
  • Facilitate and enhance the onboarding experience for new partners (Partnerships) within the Riot reseller ecosystem by managing and refining the onboarding program. Work closely with VP Sales and Partnership team for that matter
  • Ensure continuous alignment of the training programs and contents between France and all other geographies to be opened
  • Develop engaging content on platforms like Notion, ensuring a continuous learning environment for the team
  • Identify and measure sales skills and knowledge gaps, then partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to build programs that increase efficiency, expertise, and impact
  • Collaborate closely with Product team to generate impactful content for training sessions during product launches for the Revenue teams.
  • Contribute to the success of the Revenue team at Riot by implementing effective methodologies, coaching, training programs, and creating relevant content.
  • Track success of the enablement programs
  • Organize and handle a set of revenue materials to help with our Revenue team


Who you are 🪪
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role.
  • Have experience in a field sales role in fast-paced SaaS environment
  • Be familiar with role-play activities and e-learning platforms
  • Be a great verbal and written communicator: you know how to adapt your communication style based on the context and are at ease speaking in front of large groups
  • Be highly organized, enjoy multitasking and working in a fast-paced, stimulating environment- Embrace new challenges with enthusiasm and motivation
  • Have a strong fluency in French and English
  • Experience with Salesforce or Hubspot, Notion and a Revenue Intelligence tool such as Modjo is a huge plus!
  • You don't need to be an expert on cybersecurity, but you need to be motivated by the mission
  • You're based in Paris or you're willing to relocate
