To sustain their competitive edge, they are adding a Procurement Manager to the team. This individual will collaborate with internal stakeholders across Program Management, Sales, Operations, and Finance to optimize procurement processes, manage supplier relationships, and ensure seamless material/service delivery.
The Procurement Manager will lead a team to meet and exceed customer expectations through proactive planning, continuous process improvements, and effective supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities - Supply & Operations Planning Management
- Oversee the governance cycle, including annual consolidated planning and monthly rolling forecasts.
- Establish and track key performance indicators, including demand forecast accuracy, order fill rate, OTIF (on-time-in-full), and inventory optimization.
- Drive demand-driven material requirement planning.
Procure-to-Pay Process Optimization
- Ensure a seamless and automated purchase-to-pay process, covering requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoice processing.
- Maintain accurate agreements with correct terms and conditions in NetSuite.
- Address escalations with suppliers, logistics providers, and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
Supply Chain Management
- Monitor open orders and communicate risks to internal stakeholders.
- Manage logistics (road, sea, air) to optimize costs and service.
- Ensure high-priority requests are handled with timely OTIF delivery.
Supplier Performance Management
- Develop and maintain supplier procedures to ensure alignment with company standards.
- Establish vendor performance metrics, anticipate and address potential issues, and share reports for strategic sourcing improvements.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Ensure daily alignment with customer requirements and resolve order delays.
- Actively participate in project management calls to discuss open programs and priorities.
- Propose process improvements to enhance overall performance.
People Leadership
- Manage and develop the team, fostering individual and collective growth to achieve performance goals.
Qualifications- Education: BA/BS in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
Software Proficiency: NetSuite and Microsoft O365.
Experience:
- 8+ years in procurement.
- 3–5 years in management roles.
- Preferred background in retail and customer service.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and overseas production.
