About the team + role
The Finance Systems team’s mission is to empower the organization with scalable, efficient and innovative financial solutions that drive operational excellence.
As Finance Solutions Engineering Lead, you will drive the design of enterprise-wide financial systems to lead finance digital transformation initiatives. You will develop strategic roadmaps and adopt innovative technologies to modernize financial operations, enabling scalable solutions that accelerate business growth. You will develop staffing strategies to efficiently deliver on roadmaps, operations, and ensure Robinhood's Financial processes are using leading technologies.

What you’ll do
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of financial systems solutions to deliver scalable, robust, and innovative technologies.
- Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap to align system capabilities with evolving business needs, ensuring operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to navigate ambiguity, prioritize projects, and deliver clear, actionable solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement by finding opportunities to enhance processes, streamline workflows, and integrate innovative financial technologies.
- Develop and manage staffing strategies for finance systems, including recruiting and allocating top talent
What you bring
- Extensive expertise in finance technology and systems, with a proven track record of managing complex implementations and optimizations
- Deep understanding of financial processes and experience optimizing those through technology
- Expertise in Oracle financial systems, and related financial systems technology
- A talent for thriving in fast-paced environments, confidently navigating ambiguity, and making data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Excellent ability to develop and implement well-defined roadmaps that align with organizational objectives.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to inspire teams, engage stakeholders, and deliver impactful results.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
