Senior Manager, Internal Communications

We’re seeking an expert Senior Manager of Internal Communications to help us continue to build culture at Roblox and encourage our employees to do the most innovative and exciting work of their careers. As a key member of our growing communications team, you’ll work with everyone from interns to executives to help deliver a world-class employee experience. Demonstrating new and more traditional internal communications, you’ll tap into your ability to deliver concise counsel, put your strategic skills to use, and push the boundaries of creativity. Day-to-day, you will partner with cross-functional teams to lead high profile initiatives, is responsible for internal event series, counsel key executives, and develop strategies to drive our communications objectives and narratives with employees. Role is based in our San Mateo, CA headquarters Tuesday-Thursday and reports to our Senior Director, Internal Communications. 

You will:

• Partner with key team members and cross-functional partners to lead and support key initiatives, programs, launches, and events that keep our employees informed and inspired around our values, mission and strategic priorities. 
• Be responsible for the strategy and lead project management for our weekly all employee meeting, working with leadership and speakers to ensure content is compelling for employees and that execution is detailed.
• Develop the strategy and lead execution of a product internal communications strategy that brings everyone at Roblox along our key product narratives.
• Build compelling and engaging content, in support of our company wide narratives, for multiple channels, including live events, intranet, Slack, in-office, and more.
• Drive a diagnostic system (measurement, assessment, and analysis) for greater insight into engagement results and opportunities.

• Strong writing skills and the ability to adopt the voice of different executives and the company overall, delivering succinct, informative, and engaging communications.
